This is the hexdevs Code of Conduct

In order to make sure this community can be home to everyone, we’ve put together a few guidelines.

We expect members to…

Practice kindness towards themselves and other members.

Behave in a professional manner.

Make the hexdevs community a welcoming, supportive and encouraging environment.

Cultivate compassion and practice unconditional positive regard as they are able and willing.

To ensure all our members feel safe and comfortable…

hexdevs cares about creating an open and welcoming community, and we are committed to making membership a respectful and harassment-free experience for everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, sex, sexual orientation, disability, neuro(a)typicality, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, national origin, immigration status, age, political affiliation, or religion.

This Code of Conduct applies to all our spaces in both public and private channels, including our mailing lists and Discord channel, as well as our events, and outside of community-related social activities.

Reporting and Enforcement

We are always ready to help you out any way that we can. If something or someone has made you feel uncomfortable or unsafe, please don’t hesitate to report the problem directly by sending an email to team@hexdevs.com. We’ll do our best to help you.

If a member engages in harassing behavior, we retain the right to take any actions they deem appropriate to keep hexdevs a welcoming environment for all members. This includes but is not limited to warning the offender, facilitating an apology, or asking the offender to leave the community.

Do you have any suggestions or ask questions about the Code?

This anti-harassment policy was inspired by Indy Hall Code of Conduct and on MediaWiki Code of Conduct.

Suggestions for edits and additions that will improve inclusion and diversity at hexdevs are welcome. Please send them our way to team@hexdevs.com.
